The Westfield Wheelmen Vintage Base Ball Club Celebrates Adonis Terry Day

Bullens Field, Westfield, Massachusetts
Hosted by the Westfield Wheelmen VBBC.
- On July 22, 2006, the town of Westfield Massachusetts will celebrate the career of their native son, 19th century base ball legend Adonis Terry.
- This will mark the first time the Westfield Wheelmen have taken the field in 120 years and the anniversary of William "Adonis" Terry's first no-hitter.
- The celebration begins at 6:00 PM and will include:
- 1886 Vintage Base Ball Game between the Hartford Senators and the Westfield Wheelmen,
- Barbershop quartet,
- Demonstration of hi-wheel bicycle riding,
- Carl Beane, the Voice of Fenway Park as the guest MC.
- Cost $3.00 per person
